L’Ordine degli Architetti PPC della provincia di Mantova ed il Polo Territoriale di Mantova – Politecnico di Milano sono lieti di ospitare l’architetto Ángela García de Paredes presso il Teatro Bibiena a Mantova. L’incontro avrà luogo MERCOLEDI’ 10 MAGGIO dalle ore 18,00 ma è consigliato l’ingresso alle ore 17,30 data la notevole affluenza prevista.
Le conferenze sono accreditate dal CNAPPC con 2 CFP. Ángela García de Paredes (Madrid 1958 ETSAM PhD 1982) established the architectural firm PAREDES PEDROSA in 1990 together with Ignacio G. Pedrosa (Madrid 1957 PhD ETSAM PhD 1983). She is professor at the Architectural Design Department in Madrid Architecture School, and visiting professor in the Architecture Schools of Pamplona, Polytechnic in Valencia, ESARQ UIC in Barcelona, los Andes University in Colombia and IUAV in Venice. She has been critic and lecturer at several Universities: GSD Harvard, ETH Zurich, EPF Lausanne, NY City University, FADU Buenos Aires, Technische Universität München, TU Graz, among others.
Awarded by the Government of Spain with the Spain Fine Arts Gold Medal 2014 and Spain Architecture Award 2007
Paredes Pedrosa is dedicated to competitions, project and urban design mainly for public buildings related to cultural equipment. Their built works include cultural buildings that integrate archaeology remains on site and also specific interventions in historic buildings with heritage interest.
